Calm Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga
Originally from coastal Maine, I am profoundly connected to the rhythms of nature and the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—which continually inspire my practice and teaching. I weave elemental wisdom into my classes, guiding students toward deeper embodiment, balance, and flow.
I have practiced yoga since 2008, I am a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with over 550 hours of yoga and healing movement training. My teaching is deeply rooted in the philosophies and practices of the eight-limbed path of yoga, infused with intuition, attunement, and a reverence for the body’s innate wisdom.
In addition to yoga, my work integrates elemental healing and somatic dance, creating a holistic approach to movement and transformation. I practice Tibetan Buddhism, an Ayurvedic lifestyle, and finding the sacred in the mundane. As an explorer of consciousness and a minister-in-training with Entheo Temple, I honor the sacred nature of healing in all its forms. It is my deepest joy to hold space for your practice, inviting you into greater harmony, presence, and connection. I offer all in service to the highest good of all beings. I am not the doer; God is the doer. Naham karata!
