I specialize in hot yoga and vinyasa flow. A Georgia native, I discovered yoga during my teenage years while practicing with my sister. I was always captivated by its fluidity and the holistic healing it offers, but it truly became my anchor during a challenging period of post-partum depression.
Yoga not only helped me heal but also inspired me to embark on a new path as a dedicated yoga instructor. I am driven by a deep desire to share the same sense of hope and restoration that yoga brought to me with my students.
I had the privilege of completing my RYT200 training under Kim Saunders, the founder of Lift Yoga. Additionally, I expanded my knowledge by completing training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga under Arielle Schwartz. These experiences have enriched my understanding of yoga's transformative power.
My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a welcoming space where clients of all levels feel empowered to explore and achieve their personal goals. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, my classes are designed to support your journey towards greater strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
